Thousands of tons of steel have been galvanized with Convertech over the years.

From roofs, structures, and hanging systems to road safety barriers, industrial assemblies, and post-welding regalvanization, its applications are as diverse as its practicality allows.

Convertech replaces hot-dip galvanizing by providing a 75-micron zinc layer per coat. It is applied like any regular coating—by brush, roller, airless spray, or even immersion. This makes it an economical and practical way to galvanize, avoiding the need to transport pieces and structures to a galvanizing plant.

It is also ideal for restoring galvanized parts that have been welded or show signs of deterioration.
It complies with ASTM A-780 for the proper repair of hot-dip galvanizing.

It offers ten times more protection than any standard anti-rust coating—because it is not an anti-rust coating.
